Why Doxyte

Healthcare does not need another isolated application.

It needs a dependable layer that helps people, information and systems work together with the right context.

Doxyte is building an AI-native healthcare data and context layer. Our current work connects clinical documentation, medical records, personal health observations and consent-led information exchange.

Our aim is to help clinicians, individuals and healthcare organisations work with clearer context while keeping source information, permissions and human accountability visible.

Mohammed Fayaz
Ansar Jelani

Fayaz leads Doxyte’s technology and product development, from architecture and AI integrations to the workflows people use.

His background spans conversational AI, natural language processing, speech transcription and enterprise software integrations. At HumanFirst and ThinJetty, he worked on AI applications, developer tooling and cloud systems. He holds an MSc in Advanced Computer Science with Placement from Cardiff University.

At Doxyte, he brings that experience to clinical documentation and connected health records, with an emphasis on reviewable outputs and practical product delivery.

Mithilish Saran

Mithilish leads Doxyte’s sales and marketing, bringing several years of experience in healthcare outreach, distribution and operations.

His work has included digital marketing for hospitals and doctors, healthcare distribution and regional market operations. This experience has helped him build relationships across the healthcare community and understand how providers discover, evaluate and adopt new tools.

At Doxyte, he connects that market understanding and distribution network with product feedback, provider relationships and the practical work of reaching clinics.

Building the product and understanding its place in care.

Doxyte needs both the ability to build dependable software and an understanding of the people and organisations who will use it. Fayaz brings AI engineering and hands-on product development; Mithilish brings healthcare-market experience, provider relationships and distribution knowledge. Together, they lead operations and connect product decisions with feedback from the healthcare community.

That combination supports our focus: making clinical documentation and health information easier to work with, while keeping clinician review and patient control central to the product.
