Scope and operator
These terms cover basic text chat on Doxyte’s official Nalan WhatsApp account, when made available to you. Access may be limited during rollout. Doxyte is jointly operated by Mohammed Fayaz A and D S Mithilish Saran pending incorporation, not represented here as an incorporated company.

Read the basic-chat privacy notice before sending AGREE. If you do not accept the service’s scope or processing, decline the notice or stop using the service.
Who can use basic chat
You must be 18 or older and based in India. Use basic chat for yourself or general, non-identifying health questions. Do not submit someone else’s identifiable information, impersonate another person or use the service for a child. Your reply to the notice is a self-attestation, not an identity or age verification service.
No Doxyte account, account linking, document upload or symptom journal is required or provided in basic chat. Features involving records or linked accounts are separate and require their own availability and permissions.
General information, not medical care
Nalan is an AI system. It can explain general health concepts and help you organize questions for a clinician, but its output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for you. It does not diagnose, prescribe, select a medicine or dose, replace a qualified clinician or establish a doctor–patient relationship.
Do not use Nalan to decide to start, stop or change treatment. Seek a qualified healthcare professional for personal medical decisions. No clinician continuously monitors this chat and there is no promise of a clinician response.
For an emergency in India, call 112 or seek urgent in-person care. Do not wait for a chat or support reply. Automated safety messages are not emergency assessment, monitoring or dispatch.
Your controls and responsible use
AGREE accepts the processing described in the current notice. DECLINE removes the pending question from active processing. STOP opts out; START requests a return with fresh notice acceptance. NEW CHAT closes the topic. HELP and PRIVACY explain assistance and privacy choices.
Do not send passwords, codes, payment information, identity documents, malicious content or automated message floods. Use text only for this release. Do not try to access other people’s records or bypass limits and safety controls.
We may limit or pause access for capacity, safety, abuse, maintenance or exhausted usage allowances. Automated chat is intended to be available around the clock but is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted. A temporary failure is not a reason to delay medical care.
