01

Acceptance and scope

These terms govern access to and use of doxyte.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Product subscriptions, implementations, trials and professional services are governed by separate agreements. If a separate agreement conflicts with these website terms, the separate agreement controls for that service.

02

Information, not medical advice

Website content is provided for general product, technology and educational information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support or a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.

If you believe someone may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service or healthcare provider.

03

Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful evaluation of Doxyte and communication with the company.

  • Do not interfere with the website, its security or other users
  • Do not attempt unauthorised access, automated extraction or vulnerability exploitation
  • Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive or rights-infringing material
  • Do not submit patient-identifiable information through general enquiry forms
04

Intellectual property

The website, Doxyte name, brand assets, product descriptions, layout and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where expressly permitted, no licence is granted to copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them.

Third-party marks and credited media remain the property of their respective owners and are used under the applicable terms or permissions.

05

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep website information useful and current, but content may be incomplete, change without notice or describe products and features that are still being developed. Where we publish statistics or customer evidence, we identify the source and relevant context.

The website may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every error will be corrected immediately.

06

Third-party links

The website may link to third-party services, sources or social platforms. Doxyte does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Review the third party’s terms before use.

07

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an as-available basis without implied warranties that cannot legally be excluded. Doxyte will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this informational website.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

08

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the website and business evolve. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their published date.

Use the Get in Touch page for questions about these website terms. Product access, implementation and paid services are governed by the applicable agreement for that service.
