The service this notice covers

This notice covers basic text chat with Nalan on Doxyte’s official WhatsApp account, when the service is made available to you. Access may be limited during rollout. Publishing this notice does not mean every feature is available.

Basic chat is for people aged 18 or older based in India, asking about their own health or general health topics. You do not need a Doxyte account. Do not send another person’s identifiable health information, identity documents, payment details, passwords or verification codes.

Basic chat does not access your records, link your account or create a symptom journal. Doxyte Patient and any later linked features have separate notices and choices. Read the basic-chat terms and safety boundaries before using the service.

02

Who operates Nalan

Doxyte is jointly operated by Mohammed Fayaz A and D S Mithilish Saran, pending incorporation. The proposed name Doxyte Healthcare Private Limited has been reserved; we do not represent the proposed company as already incorporated.

Office contact address: Plot No. 1051, I Block, 35th Street, Anna Nagar, Chennai – 600040, Tamil Nadu, India. This is our contact office, not a claim of a registered office for an incorporated company.

Grievance Officer: Mohammed Fayaz A. Privacy questions and requests: privacy@doxyte.com.

03

What is processed and why

WhatsApp/Meta delivers your text, WhatsApp sender identifier, message identifiers and delivery information to our service. Text may contain sensitive health information. We use it to provide the conversation you request, manage your choices, prevent abuse and operate the service.

Your first ordinary question may be held temporarily while we send the notice. We do not send that pending question to Sarvam for an AI answer until you reply AGREE to the current notice. AGREE confirms you are 18 or older, based in India and consent to the described processing. You can decline instead. Your initial message still passes through WhatsApp and Doxyte to deliver this notice.

For an accepted question, Doxyte sends its text and limited recent topic context to Sarvam Chat Completions. We do not deliberately add your WhatsApp phone number, Doxyte account records or internal sender identifier to the AI request. Identifiers you type into your question can still be part of its text: avoid including them.

Some commands and safety responses are handled without an AI call. Responses can be wrong or incomplete. No clinician continuously reviews or monitors this chat, and it is not an emergency service.

04

Providers and processing locations

Our WhatsApp application database is hosted in India on Google Cloud. WhatsApp/Meta handles message transport under its own terms and privacy practices. Sarvam provides AI inference; these services have separate roles and data practices.

Our production Sarvam workspace used for Chat Completions is configured for zero content retention and model training disabled. This statement concerns that endpoint and workspace, not every Sarvam product, technical metadata, or copies held by Doxyte, WhatsApp or your devices.

Sarvam’s privacy policy permits international processing, including in the United States, European Union and other jurisdictions. We do not guarantee India-only Sarvam processing or know the location of each request. Zero content retention does not mean processing cannot happen abroad. WhatsApp/Meta may also process information internationally.

05

Temporary content and other records

Basic chat uses a limited recent topic, not a permanent health journal. Ordinary input and reply content is scheduled for expiry from active processing within the configured window of up to 24 hours. Cleanup runs through the service worker; outages or interrupted processing can delay removal. This is not a guarantee that every copy disappears at exactly 24 hours.

DECLINE removes the pending question from active processing. STOP clears held content, closes the current topic and suppresses replies not yet dispatched. NEW CHAT closes the topic so it is not used as context for a new one; it is not a request to erase every stored copy. A provider request or message already dispatched cannot always be recalled.

Sender and opt-out state, notice-version and consent state, delivery identifiers/status, usage accounting, security records and limited error categories have a different lifecycle from message text. We keep what is needed for service operation, your choices, abuse prevention and applicable obligations. Backup or recovery copies may remain after active cleanup and are not removed by deleting your WhatsApp chat.

Sarvam’s workspace settings do not delete information held by WhatsApp, on your device or in Doxyte’s recovery copies. If you want access, correction or deletion beyond the chat controls, use the privacy request route below; we will explain the scope and any retention limits in the outcome.

06

Your choices

You can choose not to use Nalan. Send DECLINE instead of AGREE if you do not consent to the pending question being processed for an AI answer. Send STOP to opt out. After STOP, send START only if you want to return; the current notice must be accepted again before ordinary AI processing resumes.

HELP explains the service. PRIVACY gives the privacy-request route. These controls do not close a Doxyte Patient account, amend a clinic record or delete messages held by WhatsApp. A material notice change requires acceptance of the revised notice before further ordinary AI processing.

For access, correction, withdrawal, deletion or a grievance, email privacy@doxyte.com. Say that your request concerns basic WhatsApp chat and describe the request using minimal identifying information. A Doxyte account is not required. We may use proportionate verification before disclosing or changing information. See data-request instructions.

Do not email medical records, chat screenshots containing health information, passwords or one-time codes. If sensitive evidence is necessary, we will arrange an appropriate restricted route. A request is not an automatic promise of immediate or universal deletion.

Support and safety

Technical help: info@doxyte.com. Security incidents: security@doxyte.com. Privacy and grievances: privacy@doxyte.com.

Human technical/privacy support hours are 10am–6pm IST. Automated Nalan chat may operate at any time, subject to availability and usage limits. This does not promise 24-hour human support, clinical review or monitoring.

Nalan provides general health information, not diagnosis, prescribing or emergency care. For an emergency in India, call 112 or seek urgent in-person care. Do not wait for Nalan or an email response.

Healthcare works better when information moves with context.

Doxyte is building an AI-native healthcare data and context layer for reviewable, consent-led health workflows.
