Scope
This privacy policy explains how Doxyte handles personal information collected through doxyte.com, including information submitted through the Get in Touch form. Product-specific processing may be governed by separate agreements, notices and documented instructions.
Doxyte is a product and business under incorporation in India (“Doxyte”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The proposed company name is Doxyte Healthcare Private Limited. The proposed company is not represented as incorporated by this policy. The legal identity and registered-office information will be updated after incorporation.
This website is intended for general business and product enquiries. It is not a clinical service or an emergency channel.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to submit and limited website context needed to respond, understand the source of an enquiry, operate the site and protect it.
- Name, work email address and contact number
- Organisation, professional role and product interest
- The message and context included in your enquiry
- The landing page, referring website domain and standard campaign labels associated with an enquiry
- Basic request, security and diagnostic information generated by the website and hosting service
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, understand product interest, arrange discussions, improve the website and protect the service.
- Respond to a request or arrange a product conversation
- Route the enquiry to an appropriate Doxyte contact
- Maintain a record of business communications
- Understand which Doxyte pages or campaigns lead to a submitted business enquiry
- Detect abuse, troubleshoot issues and improve website performance
Enquiry attribution
The website keeps limited source information in browser session storage, such as the first Doxyte page visited, the referring website domain and standard campaign labels. This information is sent to Doxyte only if you choose to submit the Get in Touch form.
Doxyte uses this context to understand the origin of an enquiry and improve relevant website content. It is not used to create an advertising profile, and it should not contain health information or the contents of a search query.
A theme preference may also be kept on your device so the website can remember its appearance. That preference is not included with an enquiry.
Health information
Do not submit patient-identifiable information, medical records, diagnosis requests or other sensitive health information through the website contact form. If a Doxyte product is used to process health information, the responsible organisation, permitted purpose, safeguards, retention and individual rights should be defined in the applicable product agreement and privacy documentation.
Service providers and processing locations
Doxyte uses service providers for website hosting, database storage, security and operational support. Their access is limited to what is needed to provide those services and is subject to appropriate contractual and security requirements.
Website information may be processed in India or in other locations where these providers operate. Product-specific processing-location commitments are stated separately and do not automatically apply to a general website enquiry.
We may disclose information where required by applicable law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a legitimate corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell contact-form information as a product.
Retention and security
Ordinary website enquiry records are scheduled for deletion 24 months after submission. We may retain relevant information for longer when it becomes part of an active business relationship or is needed for a legal obligation, dispute, fraud or security investigation, or legal hold. We may delete an enquiry earlier when it is no longer needed or following a verified request where no exception applies.
We use administrative and technical controls designed to protect information, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and contact
You may ask to access or correct website-enquiry information, request deletion where it is no longer needed, withdraw permission for future enquiry follow-up, or raise a privacy grievance. We may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting.
Use the data-request instructions or email privacy@doxyte.com. Include only the minimum contact information needed to locate the enquiry. Do not include health records, passwords, one-time codes or unnecessary sensitive information.
Changes
We may update this policy as the website, products and legal requirements evolve. The updated date at the top of the page indicates the current published version.
Product-specific privacy notices and agreements may provide additional information where Doxyte processes health information for an organisation or individual.
