Doxyte is a product and business under incorporation in India. Nalan on WhatsApp is currently in controlled testing and is not yet available for patient use.

Include only a safe description of the issue, the approximate time it happened and a request/reference identifier if one is visible. Do not submit patient-identifiable information, health records, reports, screenshots containing health information, passwords, one-time codes or API keys through this form or ordinary email. If sensitive evidence is genuinely needed, Doxyte will direct you to an approved restricted channel.
